Global Master Data Analyst

Meet your new team!

Our Global Master Data team located in Poland, Denmark and Peru supports Oterra global operations and projects. We maintain Material, Customer, Vendor and Finance Master Data. Our team prepare ad hoc and automated reports, execute mass loads, track down and resolve issues, increase quality of data in SAP. As part of Automation Team we create automations (VBA, RPA) for all Oterra departments globally. 
We are recruiting for a position of Global Master Data Analyst to join our growing team, based in our office in Warsaw. Oterra is looking for a person who works independently, has analytical skills and a technical approach. We support professional development in the area of Master Data and automation.

What will your day-to-day look like?

The main role is to provide superior service and support to our customers and business partners as well as colleagues across organization and functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Processing Global Master Data requests in SAP S/4Hana (Material, Vendor, Customer and Finance Master Data)
• Preparing reports
• Confirming vendor bank account changes
• Supporting projects
• Resolving Master Data issues
• Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth flow of daily operations

Experience and skills required

Essential:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• At least 2 years of experience in SAP Master Data
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel

Desirable:

• Programming skills (Excel Macro)
• Experience in Power Query/Power BI
• Experience with report creation
