The team for you to join
This role is a contributor on Oterra’s PTP process, sending and processing invoices in SAP, handling vendor and local Teams queries, assisting PTP Team in the month-end close tasks.
The role is based at Oterra’s financial Shared Services Center in Warsaw, Poland and reports directly to Tower Lead of PTP Team.
What would your role look like?
- Processing invoices in accounting systems (e.g. parking and pre-coding invoices)
- Assist in handling vendor inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and reconciling vendor statements.
- Assist in the month-end closing process by ensuring all accounts payable transactions are recorded accurately
- Assist finance teams in various daily tasks (preparation of reports or audits documentation)
- Overseeing accounting operations based on accounting principles
- Keeping information confidential and secure them with database backups
- Adhere to internal controls and company policies
- Continuously aligning tasks and priorities with nearest manager proactively
- Collaborate with local teams, business partners and management
- Learn financial ERP systems
Who are we looking for?
A motivated person who wishes to learn and gain great professional experience
- University degree (or during studies) in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- Previous experience from finance internship program is nice to have
- Good command of spoken and written English is a must
- Well organized and able to work to deadlines
