The role
As Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role for Akay Bioactives in alignment with our ambitious growth strategy. This role will focus on supporting and improving day-to-day execution of our global marketing initiatives through ensuring smooth operations across our digital platforms (website, CRM, native and paid communications), effectively driving engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate combines digital know-how with project management skills and thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with a small yet mighty international team to optimize processes, integrate systems, execute campaigns, and analyze performance with a data-driven approach.
This role requires strong independent problem-solving skills and a passion for cross-functional and international collaboration, as you will be key contributor to our global marketing efforts.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Akay Bioactives’ WordPress website (CMS updates, landing pages, content refreshes)
- Ensure proper tracking, implementation, and reporting of website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
- Troubleshoot and coordinate fixes with external web developers when needed
- Act as the Salesforce superuser for Akay Bioactives, partnering with cross-functional colleagues as needed
- Maintain lead capture workflows, forms, list segmentation, and campaign tracking
- Support native content execution (social media and email communications) through analytics reporting and continuous process improvements
- Support planning and execution of logistics for tradeshows including collaborating on pre-show and post-show marketing efforts (emails, digital presence, lead follow-up)
- Work cross-functionally and internationally to manage marketing timelines, content approvals, and deliverables as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B marketing
- Experience within the nutraceutical, food and beverage, or pharmaceutical industries preferred
- Proficiency with marketing tech platforms (e.g., WordPress, Salesforce, email automation) a must have
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience planning live events or managing trade show logistics a plus
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge a plus
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies and global B2B sales processes
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with global teams in a fast-paced environment
- Written and oral English-language proficiency required
