We are looking for a talented to join our growing team. Based in our Valinho's Office, you’ll join a dedicated team.
What would you role look like?
Manages export shipments and coordinates imports, aligning shipping schedules with production planning to ensure product availability matches logistics timelines. Prepares and controls all required documentation, oversees logistics execution, and ensures full compliance with legal and quality standards. Also responsible for meeting Supply Chain OTIF (On Time In Full) targets by delivering shipments on time, in the correct quantity and quality, and in full regulatory compliance.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare and send shipping documents to customs brokers; monitor clearance with regulatory authorities
- Manage release of perishable goods, including federal inspection approvals and lab analysis tracking
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, airlines, ocean carriers, and transport providers; ensure bookings and deadlines are met
- Follow up on all shipments, confirm dispatch, and update the ERP system (Datasul)
- Stay up to date with international trade regulations to ensure fiscal and documental compliance
- Send clearance instructions, coordinate with suppliers, and manage payment and tax provisions
- Update delivery dates in Datasul, ensuring traceability and Supply Chain accuracy
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field

Knowledge of export operations

Understanding of export trade regulations

Experience with export logistics

English and Spanish proficiency (speaking, writing, and reading) preferred

Knowledge of quality and safety standards related to the role
