You are part of the Global Strategic Projects team and your role is to use your technical skills to ensure progress on assigned projects, highlighting and resolving key issues. Yours is a key role in the integration of SAP in the company.

What would your role look like?

We are looking for an GPO – SAP Business Architect to manage the continuous improvement projects: ensure progress, resolve issues, and highlight issues and together with local key users, the GPO will be responsible for business contingency plan. The successful candidate is a self-starter and have a strong Knowledge in SAP HANA  SAP Sales & DistributionSD from a sales quote to a sales order including the goods picked from a warehouse or production facility and shipped to the customer and an invoice is sent with the order and accounts receivable settles the payment with the customer (design a new SAP solution and support the issues solving). The candidate is a problem-solver with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who can work independently, but also as part of the team.

What you will be doing:

• Be champions of Oterra Ways Of Working (OWOW):

- Own and advocate for the Global Oterra Processes, ensure a global deployment and follow up regularly (policy deployment process);

- Develop and maintain technical specifications in SAP, and testing plans for related system enhancements;

- Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure that changes to your area are integrated and tested properly;

- Create and maintain the documentations including the training material for local key users to support the training/educational program;

- Empower the end users through the Key users community.

• Manage continuous improvement project:

- Ensure progress, resolve issues, and highlight issues;

- Together with local key users, responsible for business contingency plan;

- Maintain integrated view of all workstreams and understand dependencies.

• Key role during the SAP integration:

- Own and follow the overall plan and ensure deliverables according to plan;

- Work with the development team and is responsible for execution;

- Responsible for planning and execution of testing;

- Together with Accenture ensure a solid plan for System integration test (SIT);

- Support data migration and ensure that relevant data objects are assigned to the processes, are being setup/maintained accordingly;

- Evaluate and secure that future system and process enhancements are in line with the standard templates.

- Strong Knowledge in SAP HANA  SAP Sales & DistributionSD from a sales quote to a sales order including the goods picked from a warehouse or production facility and shipped to the customer and an invoice is sent with the order and accounts receivable settles the payment with the customer (design a new SAP solution and support the issues solving);

- Ability of analyse the root cause of isssues;

- Ability of identify continuous improvement needs;

- Strong problem solving skills.
