Customer Service Specialist

Meet your new team!
You will be joining the Oterra Customer Service team. While you are working from our office in Nienburg, the rest of the team is in Warsaw. The team has a regional focus, and you will be focusing on customers in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands. Our Customer Service team is part of a global department with colleagues from all over the world working in multiple different locations from North to South and East to West. We have an informal work style and all chip in when and where it is needed. We have a flat structure but high standards, enjoy a good laugh and have a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting our Customer Service agenda. We love to learn and genuinely find our purpose and passion in doing the absolute best for our customers.


What will your day-to-day look like?
•    Day-to-day operation in Customer Service
•    Provide excellent customer experience from order to delivery and post-sales service
•    Regular contact with Customer Service colleagues across the globe
•    Close contact with our production plants, forwarders, and other partners that are key for smooth and efficient processes
•    Ensure efficient and effective issues solving
•    Act as backup for Customer Service Team members whenever required to do so to ensure a smooth flow of daily operations
•    Consistently meeting individual and team KPIs
•    Perform ad hoc tasks/projects assigned by the manager from time to time

 

The position can have remote, with attendance in the Nienburg office. Onboarding and training will take place in the Warsaw office.

 

 

Who are we looking for?
•    2+ years experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Sales Support
•    Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)
•    Experience in SAP
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word etc)
•    Experience in Sales Force would be an advantage
•    Passionate about customers and going above and beyond
•    Attention to detail
