You will be based at the front desk at our brand new Mount Pleasant site. It is a brand new position, and the teams in the office are ready to welcome you.

What would your role look like?
As the Office Assistant the main responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the team at the Mount Pleasant site: 

  • Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Supporting functional leaders with day-to-day tasks and projects.
  • Manage office supply inventory. 
  • Receive and process mail and all incoming deliveries.
  • Prepare and process correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.  
  • Assists with catering, travel accommodations, internal and external meetings, and corporate events. 
  • This is a newly created position. Duties and responsibilities may change based on the needs of the business and your creativity.


Who are we looking for?
You are a service-minded person, always ready to give a hand and direct customers and colleagues when needed. You have great communication skills and can keep track of several tasks at once.


Other than that, you have:

  • Effective communication skills with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and strong attention to detail.
  • A sense of urgency. 
  • Fluency in written and oral English.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).  
  • High School Diploma or GED + 6 months of related experience preferred.


Working Conditions
The working environment is generally favorable and in an office setting. Lighting, temperature, and noise levels are adequate. Generally sedentary work, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of work time.  On-call work may be required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, use hands to finger, handle or touch objects, keyboard, and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.  Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
