Supply Chain Coordinator

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or related, with at least 5 years of experience in same positions to perform the following functions:

• Define and ensure adequate inventory levels according to the country's demand. Place the replacement orders to the factories and do the follow-up and procedures required until their nationalization.
• Take steps, controls and coordination with customs agents, logistics operators and others involved in the logistics operation.
• Manage the purchase orders of our clients from their entry into the system until their delivery, fulfilling the requirements for collection. Ensure the quality of the information entered into the system.
• Ensure adequate conditions in the logistics operator (Warehouse and transport) and compliance with contractual conditions. Measure, report and manage performance indicators. Meet periodically with operators to solve problems and implement improvements.
• Promote and participate in the alignment and coordination with the commercial area, finance and other internal clients. Periodically report performance indicators.
• Control and take action for budget compliance. Submit deviations for decision and/or authorization.
• Lead the process of resolving claims from clients in Mexico.
• Promote and participate in continuous improvement processes.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

•             Tools needed:

-              Office Advanced (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

-              SAP (Hanna S-4) (not exclusive)

•             Languages Required: English (advanced)
