RTR Accountant

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an Accountant Professional able to Classifying and accounting for documents, reconciling accounts in order to comply with legislation and meet deadlines for closing the accounting and tax area with at least 5 years of experience in same positions to perform the following functions:

Monthly operational accounting activities: 

• Ensuring compliance of transactions and calculating taxes due
• Reporting to the local government
• Reconciling the accounts that make up the balance sheet
• Accounting closing process and reporting of information to head office
• Preparation of financial statements and analytical review

Monthly quarterly tax compliance services: 

• Monthly preparation of estimated tax payments 
• Monthly value added tax payments 
• Monthly information on the IVA return 
• Quarterly  reports.

Annual tax compliance services and SFS Services: 

• Preparation of annual income tax returns 
• Preparation of Statutory Financial Statements 
• Preparation of tax provision for disclosure of Statutory Financial Statements 
• Annual balance 

Others: Knowledge about Mexican Payroll and journal entries knowledge

Tools: SAP, Excel (advanced)
