We are looking for a talented People & Culture Trainee to join our People and Culture Latam team. We all contribute whenever and wherever needed, we have a lean structure but with high standards, an environment filled with good laughs, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to achieving our goals. We love learning and truly finding our purpose and passion at Oterra.
What would your role look like?
As People & Culture Trainee, you will:
- Provide support in document management, labor matters, and compliance with internal People & Culture policies.
- Help with Time Management (Geovictoria software).
- Support the administration of wellness programs, benefits, and integration activities.
- Contribute to the preparation and dissemination of internal communications.
- Support vendor management and invoicing.
- Aid in recruitment and selection activities.
- Participate in improvement and innovation projects for the area at local and regional levels.
- Support DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) activities.
- Perform other tasks related to the People & Culture area.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Intermediate spoken English.
- Intermediate proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Power BI – desirable.
- Experience with AI tools – desirable.
- Knowledge of time management systems – desirable.
