Meet your new team! 
We are looking for two planners to join our Supply Planning team in Avedøre, close to Copenhagen. We believe that a good work environment is essential, and we encourage open communication and transparency. We have a pragmatic, continuous improvement, and customer-oriented mindset where our main goal is to secure the best plan and execution for the production site and our customers.

What would your role look like?
As a production planner, you will focus on the production planning of our site in Denmark. You will collaborate in the team and with many cross-functional team members, so your ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner is important.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Determine the production plan and schedule taking into consideration material availability, equipment capacity, and staffing. 
• Daily coordination with production to secure the production plan execution. 
• Determine long-term capacity overview with a focus on risk mitigation. 
• Daily collaboration with purchasing responsible to ensure healthy inventory levels. 
• Monthly coordination with Regional Demand planners to understand demand and impact on plant capacity. 
• Develop and maintain cross-functional partnerships to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful change. 
• Participate in development projects.

You have excellent coordination skills, are a team player, and have proven planning skills. You have a structured approach to busy workdays and deadlines, are proactive, flexible, focused on solutions, and have a sense of urgency.
 
Experience and skills required

• 2+ years experience with production planning, preferably perishable goods.
• Academic background in Supply Chain or related field of operations.
• Analytical skills (mathematics, statistics, and problem-solving.
• Working experience in SAP PP/DS and IBP
• Communication skills in English are mandatory, with additional skills in Danish preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI)
• An understanding of purchasing concepts and workflows.
