About the Role

As a Junior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our compliance efforts—navigating complex regulatory landscapes, managing critical documentation, and supporting stakeholders across multiple markets. What You’ll Do

  • Manage Data & Documentation: Prepare product specifications, labeling information, SDS, and registration files.
  • Integrate Regulatory Systems: Collaborate with our compliance software provider to optimize regulatory data management.
  • Provide Regulatory Guidance: Support product development teams on labeling, compliance, and registration strategies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to solve regulatory challenges and drive business objectives.
  • Monitor & Review Compliance: Stay ahead of EMEA regulations, including EU Regulation 1333/2008 and EFSA guidelines.
  • Support Regional Strategy: Assist in implementing regulatory strategies aligned with company growth initiatives.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
  • Knowledge of food additive regulations in EMEA; familiarity with REACH, CLP, GHS is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with regulatory software (e.g., WERCS Studio) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
