HR & Payroll specialist

We’re looking for a new colleague who loves precision, enjoys making processes run smoothly, and brings a positive attitude (and maybe a good laugh!) to the table. Our People & Culture team is passionate about creating an amazing employee experience—and we believe great work happens when we care for each other and have fun along the way.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our HR operations and payroll processes for Denmark. You’ll make sure every detail is right—from monthly payroll input and validation to maintaining accurate employee data in our HRIS. You’ll coordinate with our GBS team in Poland and our external payroll vendor, Intega, and ensure benefits, leave, and statutory reporting are handled flawlessly. You’ll also support annual processes like compensation cycles, bonuses, and statutory increases.

But this role is more than payroll. You’ll own the IT processes that connect onboarding, payroll and Time management ( Visma Time ). That means collaborating with vendors like Intega, Visma Time, Acubiz, and Egencia, and configuring HRIS workflows to make onboarding smooth and efficient. You’ll make sure new hires have everything ready on Day 1—from user accounts to induction schedules—and you’ll create helpful guides and FAQs for managers and employees. Training others on new processes and tools? That’s part of the fun.

Your Work Location
Around 70% of our Danish employees are covered by a collective agreement, which means your role will also be visible at our production sites. You’ll spend 2–3 days per week at our Avedøre locations, where our warehouse and production are based, and at least one day per week at our headquarters in Hørsholm. The rest of the time, you’ll have the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup.

What We’re Looking For
You have at least 2 years of experience in HR operations and payroll, ideally in a global company. You know your way around HRIS and payroll integrations (SuccessFactors and Intega Løn are a plus), and you’re comfortable managing the full employee lifecycle. You understand payroll controls, benefits, taxation basics, and statutory compliance, and you’re familiar with GDPR and data privacy. You’re fluent in Danish and English, and you’ve worked with collective agreements such as Industriens Overenskomst, Industriens Funktionæroverenskomst and Funktionærloven. Most importantly, you bring a positive mindset, great stakeholder skills, and a sense of humor—because we believe work should be enjoyable.

Why You’ll Love It Here
You’ll join a team that truly cares about each other and celebrates wins big and small. We offer hybrid flexibility, competitive benefits, and plenty of opportunities to grow. And we promise: positivity and humor are part of the job description.
