Meet your new team

As part of our Global Product Documentation team, you will be based at our headquarters in DTU Science Park, Hørsholm. You will be working closely with the global and local teams, as well as various stakeholders in the whole organization. We work with natural color as an ingredient for food and beverages, so our standards are high and constantly developing.

 

What would your role be like?
We are progressing in different global projects for product documentation standardization and are looking for a recent or soon-to-be graduate to complete these assignments. You will be working with service relation management, product and material documentation, and be part of building global standardized processes and methodologies. The project will run for 12 months, and you will receive ongoing training as it progresses. At the end of the period, there will be a possibility of obtaining a permanent position.

Your main responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and update product information in systems like WERCS and SAP.
  • Handle product documentation requests, from customers, from investigation to final answer.
  • Implement and document changes related to ongoing projects, and report on progress.
  • Manage databases, update governance for active products monthly.
  • Support the rollout of standard metrics and ensure documentation consistency.
  • Contribute to the development of internal standards and certification processes.

 

Who are we looking for?
You are eager to learn and have a high attention to detail. You consistently strive for the highest quality and are prepared to problem-solve when encountering an unexpected obstacle. You are a team player, a good communicator, and not afraid to ask questions to improve your skills and understanding.

Experience and skills needed

  • Academic degree in Engineering, preferably Food Science or similar
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills
  • Team player and aiming to succeed as a team
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Systematic, customer and result-oriented
  • Some knowledge of food safety legislation and regulation is an advantage

 

The role is full-time, based in Hørsholm, and will run for 3 months, with start as soon as possible.
