EMEA Regulatory Affairs Student - Maternity cover

Meet your new team! 
We are looking for a talented student worker to join our team as a maternity cover. Based in our headquarters in Hørsholm, you’ll join a dedicated team of specialists, that secures the compliance of our products, according to the EU and MEA regulations.

 

What would your role look like?
After a training on the regulations in EU, CODEX and MEA you’re going to be our “go to person” to evaluate our product compliance in EMEA.  In this position, you’ll be able to learn key regulatory aspects for compliance evaluation of food additives, how to use our internal systems, interact with our internal and external stakeholders and manage our regulatory module in Salesforce.

 

This is a maternity cover, expected for 6 - 8 months, per December 2024. There is a possibility for projects or other assignments after the cover ends.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of the EU, CODEX and MEA applicable regulations. Training will be arranged internally.
  • Prioritize Salesforce cases and provide a reply in a timely manner.
  • Support the creation of cross-regional assessments with our regional teams.
  • Suggest and follow the implementation of updates in Salesforce with our IT team.
  • Become the “go to person” for country conformity assessment in EMEA.

 

Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate would preferably be a student of food science or a similar branch of studies, which combines an interest in regulatory affairs, with an IT mindset for continue improvement of your system.
Your openness to learning, linked to your logical and practical way of thinking, will be key elements to succeeding in this position. As well, your commitment to the team and deadlines.
The ability to work in a multicultural and global organization will be appreciated and helpful in our daily tasks.

  • Basic understanding of food and/or food additive regulation is going to be a plus.
