Global Product Documentation Specialist

The team – Global Product Documentation

You will be joining the Global Product Documentation team organized in Commercial team with colleagues from different nationalities and working in multiple locations across the world. The Global Product Documentation team is a newly established team of 3 dedicated employees. We are handling documentation and labels for our product portfolio and have a deep insight in documentation systems, product data and are heavily involved in documentation projects.  

 

The role – Global Product Documentation Specialist

The Global Product Documentation Specialist is responsible for creation and management of global product documentation and labels. You handle a broad range of documentation and labels for our products covering various regions and countries. You will be responsible for our documentation systems and maintenance of templates, product data, product documentation and labels. You will be a key contributor in documentation projects related to business needs and regulatory requirements.

 

The role has a close collaboration and contact to many departments within the organization in particular; Global Customer Documentation, Regulatory, Product Management and Quality Assurance.

 

Is it you we are looking for?

We are looking for an additional team player on our team, who has a structured and result oriented profile with a collaborative approach.

 

Specifically we are hoping to find a person with:

  • Master degree in Food Science, Pharmacology or another related area
  • Experience in documentation systems such as SAP 4 Hana, Wercs, and NiceLabel  
  • Excellent IT-skills (Excel, SAP)
  • Excellent English skills both written and oral
  • Attention to details and systematic approach
  • Excellent skills in communication and a good ability to cooperate across functions and borders, and who is comfortable working in a flexible environment
  • Food technical knowledge (but not a must)
  • Preferred 1-3 years of working experience

 

 

 

We offer

A full-time position in our Global Product Documentation team, where you will ensure high quality and compliant product documentation and labels. The job is a back-office role based in our headquarter in Hørsholm, Denmark where you will work in an inspiring international environment with competent and ambitious colleagues. You will be working closely with colleagues across functions and countries and thus quickly gain a good insight in our organization and products.
