EHS Manager (H/F)

We looking for our new EHS manager (H/F) for our Cossé Plant in France.

Your Mission

Lead our site’s health, safety, and environmental programs. Ensure compliance with laws, reduce risks, and foster a culture of safety through training, audits, and visible leadership. Act as the key link between employees, suppliers, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance: Update site documentation, manage permits, and oversee wastewater treatment.
• Training & Culture: Develop and deliver safety training; coach leadership on behavioral safety.
• Risk Management: Define preventive measures, investigate incidents, and manage corrective actions.
• CSR & Audits: Lead recycling, audits (Sedex/SMETA), and risk matrix updates.
• Leadership: Represent EHS in meetings, report KPIs, and support corporate EHS strategy.

Required Skills

• Strong initiative, autonomy, and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Fluent English; proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to manage confidential information and meet deadlines.
