The team for you to join
Our team of dedicated people is responsible for customer relationship management, and product and material documentation management tasks, including execution of standard protocols for response to customers and internal stakeholders, monitoring and reporting on execution, acting on deviations, engage in improvement initiates. The team is international, and we are looking to hire the best person, who can be located in either of our main locations.
What would your role look like?
As our new colleague, you will be responsible for

Review customer requests assigned to the role, investigate, prepare official documentation to reply, validate with experts, reply as per standards, escalate on expectations, update internal protocols, and report on execution

Govern product and material documentation assigned to the role, investigate, prepare official documentation, validate with experts, update information in the official document and data management systems, escalate on expectations, update internal protocols, and report on execution

Ensure local processes comply with global standards

Monitor performance, assess effectiveness, and lead improvement initiatives for the process under responsibility as per individual goal setting.

Perform the Management Reviw together with Local Quality Manager and communicate the output of Management Review to all people involved.

Management of Local Key Performance Indicators: ensure the roll-out of standard metrics, ensure consistency of data, build systematic databases, design proper reports and dashboards, maintain updated and ensure timely reports, and trigger gap analysis.

Support other functions in the organization, including training, coaching, and issue resolution in the processes of responsibility

Management development plan, based on self-assessment and feedback from leader and peers.

Perform Internal audits as per schedule, based on the protocol of the relevant SOPs.

Execute specific roles assigned in the internal standards and certification processes

Support and improvement projects with interfacing processes.

You are fine with short deadlines in a fast-moving environment and able to make clear prioritizations.
In more details, we are looking for a person with:

Academic degree in a scientific discipline; Engineering degree preferred

Min 3 years of experience working in quality management or customer relationship management environment and experience with food production processes and product technical documentation

Strong best practice driver and key system advocate;

Decisive and intuitive at setting direction coupled with excellent communication skills

Working knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, PRP, OPRP, manufacturing processes, production technology, products, raw materials, and quality, food safety and safety issues, local and global Food Safety legislation, and regulations

Basic Computer/IT skills (e.g. Salesforce, Power Automate, SharePoint, SAP, QMS system, Microsoft package)

Ability to work effectively in a production team environment.

Ability to effectively comprehend, assimilate, and communicate global procedures and standards

Systematic, customer and result-oriented

Continuous improvement background (Lean, 6 Sigma, TPM)

Ability to work independently, while being a true team player, for who caring and sharing is key
