We are looking for Warehouse & Logistic Coordinator to lead and optimize our warehouse based in Ciano d Enza and logistic office based in Parma. The role will be responsible for leading the Canossa warehouse team, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency, while guaranteeing full compliance with Oterra policies and local regulations – including customs – and fostering effective collaboration with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Freight, and Quality. The position includes developing and managing teams to achieve the company’s logistics objectives, leading continuous improvement projects, actively participating in the HACCP team, and ensuring alignment between physical inventory and the ERP system, including oversight of the annual stock count.
What would your role look like?
In this role, you will energize and guide the Canossa warehouse team, driving safe, high‑quality and efficient operations every day. You’ll work at the heart of our supply chain, partnering closely with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Freight and Quality to keep our processes flowing smoothly and consistently. You’ll empower your team to reach ambitious logistics goals, champion continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with other Italian entities to enable a single Oterra culture and people management practice.
- Create a solid culture of Environment, Health and Safety, and Quality ensuring ongoing assessment and relevant benchmarks are completed.
- Monitor established shipment schedules to accomplish delivery performance target while operating at the highest efficiency possible in our warehouse in Italy, logistic and 3rd party providers.
- Make sure to have a timing and reliable measurement systems in the end to end supply chain, quality and business KPIs. if conditions are changed, perform the necessary corrective actions and inform the involved parties.
- Conduct constant assessments of personnel, making sure to have the necessary skills and good level of engagement.
- Observe effective local systems and procedures which are coherent with global systems and procedures set by GPOs
- Maintain warehousing equipment and ancillary services, maintain main warehouse site security systems, and ensure general services are provided in order to ensure employees are working under comfortable, secure, safe and healthy conditions
- Monitor operation expenses. Initiate projects to reduce costs while maintaining product quality and service to customer.
- Encourage and promote operations in a continuous improvement environment toimprove service (OTIF), Claims and drive ultimately customer satisfaction.
- Execute GMP / Safety / 5S walks and audits with the team
- Identify and report in a clear and transparent way all situations that represent a threat to accomplish any of the targets established for the position.

Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for an experienced profile in warehouse and logistic coordination. To succeed in this role, you need to communicate clearly and a problem solver approach.
Experience and skills required
- University degree in Supply Chain or Engineering or related careers.
- Fluent level English. Italian mother language.
- Coordination of warehouse and logistic team.
- Experience working with ERP, Warehouse Management System, Transport Management System, SAP preferably.
- Experience of leading or implementing operational Excellence methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, etc.) and KPIs.
- Support Budget, inventory and performance management
