Meet your new team
You will be part of the Commercial team in Europe, reporting directly to the Sales Leader South Europe Manager. You will work closely with teams across the business including Pricing, Logistics, Distribution, and Sales Management.
Based in our Barcelona office, you will play a key support role in the renewal of commercial contracts for the 2026 period, helping to ensure alignment across pricing, transport, and data management.
This is a temporary, full-time, on-site position based in Barcelona, initially for 4 months with the possibility of extension.
What would your role look like?
As Sales Support, you will enable the seamless execution of commercial processes during a strategic period for the business. You will contribute to the rollout of new tools, such as CPQ in Salesforce, and work with key stakeholders to manage and validate commercial data.
Key responsibilities
Operational Support
- Support the implementation of CPQ (Configure Price Quote) within Salesforce to prepare for the 2026 contract cycle.
- Coordinate with the Pricing team to ensure accurate and aligned pricing across markets.
- Liaise with the Logistics team to define and confirm final transport pricing structures.
- Provide day-to-day support to Sales Management and Distribution in managing commercial references and documentation.
Data Management and Coordination
- Input, validate, and maintain commercial and pricing data in internal systems.
- Monitor accuracy of updates and perform consistency checks.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of documentation and KPIs related to contracts.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Maintain communication across departments and countries to ensure process consistency.
- Attend and contribute to internal meetings to support alignment and delivery of commercial goals.
Who are we looking for?
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields, with a strong foundation in quantitative analysis.
Experience
- Previous experience or internship in commercial operations, pricing support, or data handling is a plus.
Languages
- Spanish: Fluent.
- English: High level (minimum B2 advanced / C1) – mandatory for daily international collaboration.
Key Competencies
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
